I encourage… insist,  all of my clients, friends, and family choose a form of mindful movement that works for them.  Something that inspires and motivates.  Hopefully, something they love.

Mindful movement can be anything from hiking, swimming, cycling.  Martial Arts, dancing, or running.

For me it’s yoga.

Yoga has been instrumental and critical in my wellness journey and I love to share it with any and all.

I have regularly scheduled classes at Sol Shine Yoga and Curry Hammock State Park, as offering private classes in the area.
