I’m not here to tell you what you should think, eat, or how to exercise.  But, I will help you create a vision for what you want, for YOUR health and well-being.

I will show you how to make small daily changes that will have an extraordinary impact on the rest of your life and we will work on that mindset…. because I know that you have the potential to be and do whatever you want.

I will counsel and mentor you,  provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice.
We will do it together to explore what truly works for you.

Q)  How do we meet?

A)  All sessions take place via Skype, Facetime or on Zoom.

Q)  How long is a session?

A)  Our initial clarity call is approximately 45 minutes.  All following sessions are 1 hour.

Q)  What types of programs do you offer?

A)  I offer 1:1 coaching in 2 ways- 6-Month Total Transformation and a 2 Week Kickstart.  Group Coaching is offered twice a year.

Q) Are there any other costs?

A)  Aromatherapy and oils are part of my practice and I share those benefits with you.
